Washing is not recommended due to the presence of felted elements in the toy.
If heavily soiled:
- Hand wash only at a temperature no higher than 30ºC.
- Fill a sink or basin with water of the appropriate temperature.
- Add a small amount of liquid detergent (if you don’t have a special detergent, you can use shampoo).
- Submerge your little friend in the water, gently pressing out air bubbles so it is fully soaked.
- Carefully squeeze and press it a little—be especially gentle with the eyes, as they may lose their shape.
- Drain the washing water and refill with clean rinsing water (if your detergent requires rinsing). Let your friend bathe in the clear water.
- Gently lift it out of the water, place it in a clean towel, and remove excess moisture with light presses. Again, be especially careful with the eyes.
- Lay your friend on a dry cloth and place it on a flat, warm surface (sunlight in summer or near a heating source in other seasons) to air dry. Shape it as needed.
- Once dry, you can carefully fluff it up using a pet grooming brush with short, gentle strokes.
